This final note today comes from a gum shop in St. Paul, Minn., that's in a bit of trouble.

According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, the shop was busted for selling candy cigarettes, which are banned because they're said to encourage smoking.

Well, the candy store's Facebook friends don't buy that argument. One of them said "I just got through a bag of gummy bears, now I can't stop thinking about where to find a REAL bear to eat!"
