It should open by 2008.

ABBA's sold more than 370 million albums to date and still manages to sell 3 million a year.

The city of Stockholm's betting the museum will draw a few of those fans, perhaps as many as 500,000 a year.

Band members plan to donate the exhibits, but they won't be involved with the museum. Corporate sponsors will foot the bill.

The museum is going to have one special feature: a studio where fans can record their own version of ABBA hits.

So in that spirit, here's our Marketplace choral tribute to ABBA.
