Today does bring with it a whiff of nostalgia for the electioneering words and phrases we've all come to know and love. Take a listen above for some of our economic favorites.
So here's the test: How many of the hard ones -- not Romney or Obama or Clinton -- can you identify? There were three, if you were listening well.

"Obamneycare" --- Gov. Tim Pawlenty
"It's almost like an Etch-a-Sketch" --- Eric Fehrnstrom, campaign advisor to Gov. Mitt Romney
"Wasteful Spending!!!" My kids walk around the house throwing that one out as an answer to any question.
Me: "Did you do your homework?"
Kid#1: "Wasteful Spending! Your support of Wasteful Spending! has led to this homework overload!"
Me: You pick up all the cr*p on the floor in your room?"
Kid#2: "Wasteful Spending! There's cr*p all over my floor because of your Wasteful Spending!"
Thanks goodness the next campaign won't start until, what, January 2013?
A lot of the election phrases are all B.S. Its all the PR boys can do to keep the masses dazed and confused, bewildered, frightened and scared of the future.
I have a few phrases which apply here.
