Changing the Washington, D.C. skyline

Leaders in Washington D.C. are talking about changing the current height regulations on buildings in the city. The city is famous for having no skyscrapers -- and a building height limit of 130 feet in many places.

But would changing the height restrictions also change the economy in Washington?
