What an interesting story and quite well reported. I just attended a Boston Chamber of Commerce Seminar given by a contributer to "The Big Idea" - one of her suggestions for rut-busting was to behave more like a kid. Makes me want to break out the jump rope AND the old-school rhymes about Cinderella.
