Wikileaks's newest target

This final note today: Finally a business angle to the Wikileaks story. Forbes magazine posted an interview with Wikileaks founder Julian Assange on its website yesterday, in which Assange said he's sitting on five gigiabytes -- a whole lot of data -- from a major American bank and that he's going to release it early next year.

Best line about this I head all day? From Barry Ritholtz's blog, The Big Picture: Really, he said, how much more can you embarrass Wall Street, anyway?

Wait, one more thing before we go.

FWIW, Merriam-Webster's on-line dictionary has two pronunciations for imprimatur, so Kai and Prof. Ashenfelter might both be right...

Agreed: im - prah - MAH - tur.

Just because someone is highly educated doesn't mean he can spell or pronounce correctly.

RE: Wall Street embarrassment-

I have this niggling suspicion Assange might have some shoes to drop that the banks (or "that" bank) were successfully to keep out of the major press.

I'm waiting with bated breath for Wiki- to leak some really juicy Wall Street tidbits and I'll even venture to guess is will just be the start of a long string of embarrassing data.
