Starting February 3, kids may have an entirely new experience at the happiest place on earth.

That's because Disney has announced that after years of strict rules against facial hair, they will allow their employees to sport goatees and even beards.

In today's Mid-day Extra, we look at what this change says about Disney as a company.

Here to talk with us is Beth Kassab, reporter for the Orlando Sentinel.

This might be a change from a decades-long tradition, she says -- but don't expect the clean cut, all-American look to go out the window yet.
