My daughter recently graduated from college and would like to apply for a credit card in order to establish credit. How should she go about finding the best one for her situation?

WRT the woman with the bad twin at the same school: isn't this why the credit agencies use SSN's. Much as I think this is a bad practice, it is even worse if it doesn't work.
