The state of the economy -- in haiku

This final note today, in which economy-watchers wax poetic.

The Kauffman Foundation does a quarterly survey of economic bloggers, concentrating most of the time on policy questions. This time 'round, they asked for the state of the economy -- in haiku.

We picked some favorites.

David Zetland: Many angry folks / watch political duck soup / less soup back to work.

Felix Salmon: No one has a job / Except econobloggers / And they're not paid much.

Steve Waldman: This is not so hard / Helicopter money please / Wired straight to households.

Hat tip to the Economist magazine for finding it. Here's the full list where you can vote for your favorite.

Send us your own, if you like.
