Milk deliveries used to be by horse and buggy. Now they're done by truck. Which is a good thing -- David's route can involve 60 to 80 stops per day, sometimes covering three towns.

Reddi-whip -- named one of the 100 greatest consumer products ever created -- was first sold by St. Louis milkmen.
