CEO Steve Ballmer's plan reduces the company's number of separate business divisions and puts new focus on devices -- like the Surface tablet and the Xbox console. The gyroscope-balanced C1, made by San Francisco startup LIT Motors, is purposefully small and designed to change the rules of the road in cities. And on Sunday, India's last official telegram will be sent from BSNL, the state-owned telecom company.
