Toyota is moving from Torrance, California, to Texas. It's a big win for Texas Gov. Rick Perry, who's been working hard to lure companies to the Lone Star State, touting low taxes and a more manageable cost of living. Plus, a Chai tea with Oprah's name on it will be sold starting Tuesday at Starbucks stores. The "Oprah effect" of her personal endorsements is well known. But this is new territory because it's the first time Oprah has partnered with a company to endorse a product.
