In New York today, some 27,000 retail professionals are gathered for The National Retail Federation's annual conference. Unlike automakers, they will not be reflecting on a pleasant 2012. The Miami metro area is the country's 8th largest, and it's known for a lot of things -- sunshine and beaches, cruise ships, Lebron James. Now the city is solidifying its place as the hub of Latino television.
