New York and New Jersey will end the gas rationing programs that were put place in some areas post-Sandy. As demand continues to outstrip supply, some people are going to extreme measures to find or steal gas. BP has agreed to pay the U.S. government $4.5 billion to settle criminal charges stemming from the Gulf oil spill. On election day, one thing that didn't work for many voters was the voting system itself.
