Real estate - still the best investment?

Sales of existing U.S. homes fell 0.4 percent in February, while home prices rose at double-digit percentage rates, a trade association report showed Wednesday. But sales of existing homes are still strong around the U.S. and you may be surprised at who's buying those houses. Marketplace's Cheryl Glaser reports.
