This was a week of economic numbers. Fourth quarter gross domestic product came in at 3-point-8 percent. The Labor Department reported the economy added 110,000 jobs in March. Wall Street, of course, reacted way before those numbers went public. Case in point... last week, the dollar rallied against the euro and the yen. Exactly how does that happen?
