Dish Network clashes with TV execs

It is, once again, the time of the year when TV executives are planning their fall lineup -- by figuring out who is going to pay for all those ads.

But the best laid advertising plans could be thwarted by a new service from Dish Network -- the satellite TV operator -- that lets users skip commercials all together.

And it turns out, now Dish Network is running into some advertising problems of its own.
