It’s Friday, and maybe you’re hoping this weekend will hold a big win for you. Here are some need-to-know numbers as you head into the weekend.

This week, the Senate secured $250 million in aid for aid to Flint, Michigan and other areas with water issues. That clears millions of dollars directed towards health care and loans for fixing infrastructure. The problem? Flint, Michigan actually needs an estimated $13 billion in water infrastructure repairs over the next 20 years. And while the public has acknowledged in polls that more funding is needed, fewer say that they would be willing to pay higher taxes in water bills to accomplish what’s necessary.

And as you turn your attention to the weekend, you may be thinking about the Oscars, from who will take home awards, to who will be wearing which designer. It’s a typically glamorous affair, made more beautiful by the extensive beauty teams behind each celebrity that walks the red carpet. And this year, you’re likely to hear about them. With stars’ social media presence ever growing, many take to Instagram to give shout outs to their beauty teams and products. Aside from it just being a nice perk, there’s money to be made from those kinds of endorsements. An A-list celebrity can get as much as $150,000 for an endorsement on Instagram.
