Thats how many restaurants Taco Bell plans to open by 2022. But not all of them will be the traditional fast-food joint you’re used to seeing. Named the Taco Bell Cantina, a new brand of Taco Bell restaurant will debut later this month in Chicago. As the New York Times writes, it will feature an open kitchen and tapas, as well as a selection of alcohol.

That’s how much food gets wasted per year, according to the Agriculture Department. For Americans, that translates to an average of $370 a year in the garbage. And aside from financial harm, food in landfills makes a large contribution to global warming. On Wednesday, the Obama administration will announce plans to help the U.S. waste less food.

That’s how much of the mobile phone market in Mexico is controlled by one man: Carlos “Slim” Helú. And if AT&T moves into that market like it plans, it will need to get Slim on its side. AT&T plans to spend $3 billion expanding its high-speed mobile network, hoping to reach a 100 million Mexicans by 2018.

In a recent survey by Fannie Mae, that’s how many renters under the age of 35 said they plan to own a home one day. And while that’s good news for the recovery of the housing market, many also cited the difficulty of getting a mortgage, and student debt as major inhibitor to ever achieving that dream. And with rent constantly rising, it’s becoming harder to save up for a down payment on a home.
