This final note today, which is probably one of the last stories you're going to hear about the Lehman Brothers five-year anniversary.

Five years ago today, the Troubled Asset Relief Program became law. The law provided $700 billion to backstop the banking system.

As of today, according to the Treasury Department, here's where we are with that: $421 billion paid out. Almost $23 billion still outstanding.
