BlackBerry was arguably the first real smartphone, and everyone had one. But that trend is over -- and it's been a big problem for the Canadian smartphone maker. For months there have been rumors that BlackBerry might consider a variety of ways to get back on its feet. Today, the company made some of those rumors official.
