Slow shipping can be yours for a song

Marketplace Staff Nov 21, 2011

Amazon Prime, the premium service Amazon offers that sounds like one of the lesser Transformers, gives you 2-day shipping  on all items as part of the annual fee you pay. Now the company is offering a special deal: if Prime members are willing to be a little bit patient and get their items in 5-7 days, they get a one dollar credit to Amazon’s MP3 store to use on a song. So Amazon gets to promote their music store and save a little bit of cash on shipping.

Our suggestions for what to spend your credit on:

“Patience” – Guns N’ Roses

“Anticipation” – Carly Simon

“The Waiting (is the hardest part)” – Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers

“How Soon is Now” – The Smiths

“I Don’t Want to Wait” – Paula Cole

“One Week” – Barenaked Ladies
