It’s a new start up based in San Francisco and Denmark. Here’s how it works. Users can allow Memolane to troll accounts on Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, YouTube, Picasa, Flikr, Vimeo and more. It will organize all your info in a timeline. You can decide how to adjust your privacy settings – whether you want the info public or not. Plus, the service will show you where it got the data from, so if you want to get rid of an ugly photo, you know where to go. Plus, you can organize the data according to event, too. So – your birthday party, the conference in Boston and so on, and you can ask your friends to contribute photos and messages too. The founder of the service tells The New York Times: “The Internet tells the story of our lives and it is still unexplored,” said Eric Lagier, the founder of the service. “It is a modern-day scrapbook that writes itself.”
