On this week’s show, we learned that 80 percent of married couples are subject to financial infidelity — that is, hiding purchases from each other. But why? In light of the release of the new Verizon iPhone, Janet Babin went phone shopping. If she ends up with a smartphone, it may end up acting as a digital wallet. Part of the health care reform requires insurance companies provide coverage for children, even if they have preexisting conditions — but the prices may still make it difficult for parents to pay. Despite higher energy costs, McMansions still seem to popular. And we learned about the power of thanks. Here are the songs we played:

  • Electric Counterpoint – Royksopp
  • Strapped for Cash – Fountains of WayneBuy
  • Love and Marriage – Frank Sinatra Buy
  • Geraldine – GlasvegasBuy
  • I’m in Love with a Ripper – Yacht Buy
